transparency, integrity, and client satisfaction at the core of our operations. We strive to ensure that
every service we provide meets or exceeds expectations. However, due to the nature of digital
services—especially those involving third-party outreach and SEO strategy—refunds are limited and subject to
the conditions outlined below.
1. No Refunds on Completed Work
Due to the digital and irreversible nature of SEO backlinks and manual outreach services, we do
not offer
refunds for any service that has been:
- Fully delivered
- Partially delivered
- Initiated and assigned to our SEO team
Once work has begun (such as link placement, content creation, or outreach), the cost of
resources and time invested becomes non-recoverable.
2. Refunds for Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same service or make a duplicate payment,
you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate amount. Please contact us with proof of transaction, and
we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds for Uninitiated Projects
If you have paid for a service but decide to cancel before any work has commenced, you may
request a refund. Such refunds are subject to:
- A cancellation fee (if any third-party platforms were involved)
- Written notice within 48 hours of payment
- Confirmation that no tasks or link placements have been initiated
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Custom backlink packages once link placement has started
- Express or priority orders
- One-time SEO audits or reports already delivered
- Consulting or strategy sessions that have been conducted
5. Project Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with the results or delivery of your order, please contact us within 7 days of project
completion. We are happy to:
- Review the project
- Make revisions where possible
- Offer alternate solutions that meet your expectations
While refunds are not guaranteed in these cases, we aim to resolve all concerns professionally
and fairly.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage clients to communicate with us before initiating a chargeback or payment
dispute. We are committed to finding a solution. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of
our terms and may result in immediate service termination and legal action.
